<p>Description</p> <p>The Best Teams are Created and Maintained Here.</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <ul> <li>The Spray Technician is a member of the spray crew who reports to and takes direction from the Chem Spray Manager and provides instruction to other members of the spray crew. </li></ul> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Spray application of chemicals </li><li>Possess an awareness of and commit to Chemical Safety </li><li>Ability to follow through on assigned tasks </li><li>Follow instructions accurately </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Has or can obtain a QAL </li><li>Basic knowledge of plant material </li><li>Able to communicate in English & Spanish - oral and written </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands/Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Work in/or about situations near direct automotive traffic </li><li>Work near or about natural bodies of water </li><li>Work 8+ hours per day with applicable breaks x 5 days/week (some overtime/weekend work required) </li><li>Ability to work in extreme conditions - temperatures may exceed 100 degrees Fahrenheit </li><li>Ability to work in direct sunlight for extended periods </li><li>Ability to lift and carry 40 lbs.
