You ensure that our team members represent the company professionally at all times, are committed to 100% customer satisfaction, and have a positive team spirit. Your excellent leadership assists them in achieving their goals and driving revenue for the company.</p> <p>You also make some outbound calls to acquire leads and follow up with clients. With each Repair Technician and Roofing Specialist, you conduct ride-alongs in order to identify areas of improvement and to acknowledge their successes. Your honesty and positive attitude help you to build strong relationships with your team, foremen, subcontractors, crew members, and clients.</p> <p>Working alongside the General Manager, you attend company meetings where you work on keeping advertising expenses low and develop yearly, quarterly, and monthly marketing plans.
