Meet Hologic's Corporate Strategy team-the folks who help shape our future by asking smart questions, digging into data, and turning insights into action. As a summer intern, you'll get a front-row seat to the decision-making process that drives real change in healthcare, working side-by-side with leaders who are passionate about growth, innovation, and making a global impact.</p> <p>What you'll be up to during your 10-12 week adventure:</p> <ul> <li>Team up with leaders to help embed market, portfolio, and financial insights into major decisions (think: planning, innovation, and growth). </li><li>Lead analysis projects-like sizing up markets, scoping out competitors, and spotting new opportunities for Hologic. </li><li>Build simple, effective dashboards and scorecards to track the impact of strategy moves (bonus points if you love spreadsheets!). </li><li>Help prep for big meetings (think: strategy reviews and business forums) by making materials and stories that help leaders make fast, sharp decisions. </li><li>Contribute to change management efforts, creating guides and communication plans that make new ways of working clear and easy. </li></ul> <p>Who we're hoping to meet:</p> <ul> <li>You can work full-time during the summer (May/June - August/September). </li><li>You're currently working on your MBA, with at least one semester left after the internship. </li><li>You've got about 5 years of professional experience under your belt, ideally in consulting or strategy-bonus points if it's in healthcare or MedTech. </li><li>You're a whiz with Excel and know your way around data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau. </li><li>You know how to turn complicated ideas into clear, compelling stories-whether you're writing or presenting. </li><li>You're curious, strategic, and ready to challenge assumptions (in a nice way, of course). </li><li>You thrive in fast-paced environments and aren't afraid to take ownership of your work. </li></ul> <p>Location, pay & other important details:</p> <ul> <li>You can work onsite at our Marlborough, MA campus.
