<p>DEPARTMENT: Packing</p> <p>JOB TITLE: 3rd Shift Unracker</p> <p>REPORTS TO: Shift Supervisor with directions from a Team Leader</p> <p>SHIFT MID-DAY/HOURS: 3 p.m. to 11 p.m</p> <p>STARTING PAY: Starting pay is $17.51 per hour, with potential to earn more.</p> <p>40+ hours per week over the course of 5 days, with occasional mandatory Saturday for OT. What You Will Be Responsible For:</p> <p>General Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>To remove aluminum extrusions, pack and inspect via work instructions, Supervisor instructions, and Lead personnel instruction. </li><li>Medium to heavy physical demands, frequent lifting, carrying parts, stooping, kneeling, balancing, reaching, walking and pushing loaded carts. </li><li>Operate small hand tools and power tools. </li><li>Verify all parts being racked, unracked, and packed meet Bonnell quality standards. </li><li>Visually inspect parts for surface defects (dents, scratches, color variations etc). </li><li>Complete production, quality, and equipment checks (document when required) </li><li>Know, understand, and demonstrate company policies, procedures, and guidelines </li><li>Remove packed bundles/ racks/ containers/ etc. from packing area that need put onto cantilevers </li><li>Put up or take down material from cantilever racks (raw and/or finished) </li><li>Stock and/or pull material on cantilever racks (responsible/ accountable for accuracy within the stock program) </li><li>Complete production, quality, and equipment checks (document when required) </li><li>Monitor and maintain scrap rack levels </li><li>Know, understand, and demonstrate company policies, procedures, and guidelines </li><li>Perform other duties assigned by supervisor. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment / Physical Demands:</p> <ul> <li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. </li><li>The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch.
