<p>We are looking for</p> <p>For Elbit Systems Aerospace Division Haifa site, we are seeking a Program Manager</p> <p>This is an opportunity to lead a strategic and complex program involving the development and integration of advanced weapon systems on rotary-wing platforms</p> <p>In this role you will</p> <p>Manage and lead a comprehensive program that includes</p> <p>Integration of advanced armament onto European customer helicopters</p> <p>Contract management and interface with the customer</p> <p>Leadership of licensing processes and compliance with European standards</p> <p>Management of supply chain and operations for serial production of weapon systems</p> <p>Strengthening the relationship with the end customer</p> <p>Supporting marketing efforts and business expansion activities</p> <p>Defining the technical and operational characteristics of the solution</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>At least 3 years of experience managing multidisciplinary programs or projects</p> <p>Experience working with customers and partners in Europe</p> <p>Willingness to travel frequently abroad</p> <p>High level of English, including verbal communication</p> <p>Familiarity with airborne weapon systems</p> <p>Relevant military background (aircrew, artillery, etc.)</p> <p>Engineering background - Systems, Aeronautical, or Mechanical Engineering</p> <p>Only relevant applications will be answered</p> <p>#Haifa</p>
