<p>Employment Type:</p> <p>Full time</p> <p>Shift:</p> <p>Description:</p> <p>The Supervisor of Ambulatory Operations, Ophthalmology manages the daily operations of a clinic. Responsibilities include staff management, general administration, financial activities and project management. The Operations Supervisor position requires a motivated, well-organized, and conscientious individual who is able to manage multiple tasks at the same time.</p> <p>Position responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Supervises patient/clinic flow including physician schedules, check-in and check-out processes, time of service and payments on account, patient communications, referrals and pre-authorizations </li><li>Coordination and management of workflows and other operational duties necessary to ensure smooth operations. </li><li>Supervises staff including hiring, on-boarding, coaching, counseling and performance reviews, as well as managing day-to-day activities such as payroll, staffing/schedules communications and related activities. </li><li>Implements and supports policies and procedures, reviews relevant workflows and metrics and recommends changes as necessary. </li><li>Oversees collections activities and offices expenses to meet budget targets. </li><li>Assists the Manager with projects including process and operational planning and financial and performance analysis. </li><li>Ensures compliance with all regulatory and accrediting agencies. </li><li>Ensures all office equipment is functioning and maintained in an appropriate manner. </li></ul> <p>What's required:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or high school diploma with 7-10 years applicable experience. </li><li>Two years healthcare experience. </li><li>Expert knowledge of duties performed in the area of responsibility. </li><li>Knowledge of revenue cycle requirements. </li><li>Leadership and organizational skills. </li></ul> <p>Compensation:</p> <p>Pay range: $59,904- $95,846</p> <p>Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.</p> <p>Trinity Health Benefits Summary</p> <p>Our Commitment</p> <p>Rooted in our Mission and Core Values, we honor the dignity of every person and recognize the unique perspectives, experiences, and talents each colleague brings.
