Meet production, quality and cost standards. Comply with all safety/environmental regulations. Adhere to company policy and best-demonstrated practices. Ensure adequate training of area personnel. Conduct and act upon actionable items that are identified from internal and external audits such as safety, environmental and housekeeping in accordance with Safety/Environmental Performance Indices. Develops and implements operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate operating problems and improve product quality.
