<p>Kforce has a client in Tampa, FL that is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Associate.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Design and develop digital learning solutions aligned to defined learning objectives </li><li>Manage digital learning projects from concept through delivery </li><li>Create, build, and maintain digital content using appropriate learning technologies </li><li>Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables to support on-time completion </li><li>Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders </li><li>Ensure learning solutions meet quality, usability, and effectiveness standards </li><li>Support evaluation and data collection efforts to measure learning outcomes </li><li>Maintain required documentation and support compliance-related needs </li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement of digital learning processes and practices* Experience in instructional design and/or digital content development </li><li>Experience managing projects in a structured, deadline-driven environment </li><li>Understanding of adult learning principles and digital learning best practices </li><li>Familiarity with digital learning tools and platforms (e.g., self-paced learning, multimedia, job aids) </li><li>Strong organizational and project management skills </li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders </li><li>Comfortable working in fast-paced or evolving environments </li><li>Ability to provide guidance, feedback, and support within a team setting </li></ul>
