<p>Cell Tech-I- QWT</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>Cell Technician I operates production equipment, responsible for manufacturing and assembly of customer products.</p> <p>Role and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Ability to use all inspection equipment (micrometers, calipers, comparator, etc.). </li><li>Maintains a high standard of quality. </li><li>Follows blueprints, guidelines and travelers to ensure product specifications and tolerance levels are met </li><li>Maintain required records of production and report any inconsistencies or equipment issues following standard procedures. </li><li>Perform first piece and in-process inspection(s) </li><li>Keep record of all inspections and parts run </li><li>Strive to maximize efficiency and improve quality. </li><li>Perform ERP system transactions. </li><li>Flexible with the ability to change priorities. </li><li>Comfortable with cross-functional tasks to support a continuously improving environment. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Ability to work with small diameter parts requiring tight tolerances and high-quality finishes. </li><li>Ability to read blueprints/drawings and follow work instructions </li><li>Have good mechanical and math aptitude </li><li>1-2 years industrial experience in manufacturing/machine operating. </li><li>Good communication skills. </li><li>Dependable, efficient and productive work habits </li><li>Good problem-solving skills. </li></ul> <p>Education Requirements</p> <p>High school diploma or equivalent.</p> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Frequent performing repetitive work. </li><li>Occasional lifting (max. 40 lbs.) </li><li>Occasional carrying (max. 40 lbs.) </li><li>Subject to physical hazards from moving equipment and machine parts </li><li>Constant safety glasses </li><li>Constant full PPE </li><li>Frequent standing </li><li>Occasional sitting, walking, pushing, pulling, reaching. </li></ul>
