We value the rich diversity that comes from blending local perspective with our global network.</p> <p>We'll trust you to:</p> <ul> <li>Work as part of small client teams to provide a wide range of services, including general financial advice, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, special committee assignments, takeover defenses, corporate restructuring, strategic partnerships/joint ventures, and advice on capital structure. </li><li>Work across different M&A industry groups or Restructuring with one major and one minor concentration. Our M&A industry groups include: Consumer & Retail, Financial Institutions (FIG), Healthcare, Industrials, Media, Entertainment & Sports (MES) Power, Energy, Infrastructure (PEI), Real Estate, Technology, and Telecom & Digital Infrastructure (TDI).
