Your efforts focus on optimizing your team and driving improvements, ultimately enhancing the Cleveland Clinic and positively impacting the community as a whole.</p> <p>A caregiver in this position works days from 7:00AM - 5:30PM.</p> <p>A caregiver who excels in this role will:</p> <ul> <li>Organize and coordinate the activities and flow of work for the patient access area. </li><li>Assign tasks, monitor performance of and assists in training patient service representative. </li><li>Screen candidates, recommend hires, conduct performance appraisals and recommend corrective counseling. </li><li>Develop, implement, and oversee programs to improve appointment utilization such as, reminder, follow-up on no-show/cancellation program. </li><li>Coordinate activities and resolve operational problems. </li><li>Adjust employees, patients and physicians' schedules to respond to operational problems. </li><li>Control and audit the reconciliation of day sheets including adjusting statistics in the computer data bank. </li><li>Produce reports as needed. </li></ul> <p>Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED and two years Cleveland Clinic outpatient scheduling experience or other equivalent position, including interacting with patients, physicians, and other departments on a problem resolution basis OR three years of experience OR Associate Degree and one year of experience OR Bachelor's Degree </li></ul> <p>Our caregivers continue to create the best outcomes for our patients across each of our facilities. Normal or corrected vision, hearing and speech.
