Over 60 years later, "community" is still the heart of our organization.</p> <p>It means providing our neighbors with the best care possible, backed by state-of-the-art technology.</p> <p>It means getting involved in the communities we serve through volunteer opportunities and benefit initiatives.</p> <p>It means ensuring our dedicated caregivers can learn and grow to stay at the top of their fields, and to better serve our patients.</p> <p>And it means exceptional care, simply delivered - and we couldn't do it without you.</p> <p>Job Duties</p> <p>The Program Manager provides coordination and oversight of assigned clinical services at a secure residential facility.</p> <p>Ensures the effective operation of assigned programs including but not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Providing day-to-day onsite oversight of vocational services and operations. </li><li>Providing input in the development of program-specific policies and procedures. </li><li>Hiring, training, developing, and retaining caregivers. </li><li>Ensuring staff conformance with applicable clinical and operational performance standards. </li><li>Providing a first-line response to member complaints and ensuring exceptional patient experiences. </li><li>Partner with Operations Director to determine annual program objectives and achieve clinical and financial program targets. </li></ul> <p>Your Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>One (1) year of relevant leadership experience(s).</p> </li><li> <p>Three (3) years of relevant clinical experience in the mental health/CD/behavioral health field.</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Health or related field required.</p> </li><li> <p>Driver's License, proof of auto insurance, and driving record that adheres to policy guidelines, if necessary for program service delivery.</p> </li></ul> <p>Your Skills</p> <ul> <li>Can function independently and /or collaboratively as a team member and leader. </li><li>Possesses effective team-building skills. </li><li>Excellent interpersonal relationship skills. </li><li>Ability to cognitively analyze & reason to perform the above responsibilities. </li><li>Possesses effective communication (written and verbal) skills. </li><li>Clinical skills appropriate to the assigned business unit. </li></ul> <p>Our Leadership Philosophy</p> <p>Community Health Network embraces a servant leadership philosophy by putting the needs of patients, employees, and the community above their own.
