<p>Communications Representative</p> <p>Location: Orlando, FL</p> <p>Job ID: #71223</p> <p>Pay Range: $50-59</p> <p>This position will be responsible for leading and executing communication strategies and tactics for Transformation implementation and engagement efforts.</p> <p>The successful candidate will operate in an agile methodology and collaborate with senior leaders, cross-functional teammates and other communicators to develop and execute strategic communication plans that support change management efforts and implementation strategies across multiple Transformation value streams.</p> <p>This individual will work closely with the business area communications leads to ensure consistency and alignment in communications efforts.</p> <p>Some travel between sites may be required.</p> <p>The successful candidate will be highly accountable, proactive, collaborative, a strong writer and a big picture/strategic thinker.</p> <p>Create and execute multiple communication plans that emphasize change management methodologies to help employees adopt new ideas and technologies such as Model Based Enterprise.</p> <p>Assist in the creation and execution of larger strategic communications that help employees, teams and leaders understand clients efforts.</p> <p>Partner with employees and leaders across the business to create and publish meaningful content.</p> <p>Gather, understand and use complex data and metrics to develop insights, comm strategies and tactics</p> <p>Requirement Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Candidate must have 3+ years experience with professional Strategic communications planning and execution. </li><li>Candidate must have 3+ years experience with Writing, & editing. </li><li>Candidate must have 1+ years of experience with Change management. </li><li>Candidate must have 1+ years of experience with Data and metrics analytics. </li></ul> <p>Benefits provided: 401K, medical, dental, and vision, sick time as applicable to state law</p> <p>Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is an equal opportunity employer.
