We are looking for a team player with a passion for pastry arts who is eager to contribute their skills to an elite culinary team.</p> <p>Pastry Cook/Cake Decorator Responsibilities:</p> <p>Prepares and plates desserts for banquets and restaurant.</p> <p>Stacks cakes.</p> <p>Decorates wedding cakes.</p> <p>Organizes production schedule of cakes.</p> <p>Maintains inventory and storage of product.</p> <p>Adheres to state and local health and food safety regulations.</p> <p>Performs other related duties as required.</p> <p>Pastry Cook/Cake Decorator Qualifications:</p> <p>Knowledge of basic culinary fundamentals and food sanitation.</p> <p>Must have organizational skills.</p> <p>Must have open availability including holidays and weekends.</p> <p>Must have knowledge of kitchen equipment.</p> <p>Premium cake decorating skills is a requirement.</p>
