Learn more at www.cretexmedical.com.</p> <p>Position summary</p> <p>The Production Coordinator position will be responsible for coordinating critical support aspects of assembly production.</p> <p>Shift Available:</p> <p>2nd Shift - Monday through Friday 2:00 pm-10:00 pm</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Owns the inventory management from warehouse to assembly staging areas and back </li><li>Responsible for printing and staging daily workorders, Lot History Records, and labels according to the product type schedules and defined processes. </li><li>Coordination of LHR activities between various associated internal personnel </li><li>Provide any required administrative support to assembly Supervisor and staff </li><li>Support in product packout palletization and product transfers to warehouse locations </li><li>Develop and implement standard work (best practices) to support assembly functions </li><li>Partner with the cross functional staff members to support factors that serve to impact production efficiency and inventory disposition accuracy. </li><li>Responsible for cycle count reporting and physical counts </li><li>Understand assembly needs, customer needs, and the core business markets we serve </li><li>Support and comply with the company Quality System, ISO, and medical device requirements </li><li>Read, understand, and follow work instructions and standard work </li><li>Partner with other business segments: sales/marketing, customer service, engineering, quality, and finance </li><li>Understand customer needs and the core business markets we serve </li><li>Ensure business systems are implemented, maintained, and functioning properly </li><li>Ability to work in a manufacturing environment </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent </li><li>Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and/or collaboratively with multiple team members </li><li>Oral and written communication skills. Ability to leverage and/or engage others to accomplish projects </li><li>Ability to consistently achieve short and long-term business results </li><li>Ability to follow through on commitments and holds team members accountable </li><li>Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher) </li><li>Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Attention to detail </li><li>Organizational skills </li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment </li><li>Ability to prioritize and multitask </li></ul> <p>Desirable Criteria & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Continuing Education; including participation in local chapters, associations, and/or organizations </li></ul> <p>Physical & Environmental Demands</p> <p>Cretex Companies may use cutting oils, solvents, and other chemicals in the manufacturing process. Testing is conducted on a periodic basis to ensure that all chemicals are kept well below the OSHA permissible exposure levels.</p> <p>Pay Range</p> <p>USD $22.40 - USD $27.45 /Hr.</p> <p>Pay Range Details</p> <p>This pay range reflects the base hourly rate or annual salary for positions within this job grade, based on our market-based pay structures. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as skills, relevant experience, education, internal equity, business needs, and local market conditions.
