You will play a vital role in our installation department, ensuring every home we service is clean, safe, and running at peak performance.</p> <ul> <li>Utilize advanced Aeroseal technology to expertly seal central heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. </li><li>Support shop operations, including inventory management, part receiving, and maintaining our fleet to "truck-ready" standards. </li><li>Deliver a premium customer experience by building rapport with homeowners and ensuring total satisfaction with our air quality solutions. </li><li>Collaborate closely with the Install Manager and Coordinator to guarantee smooth and efficient project execution. </li></ul> <p>What You Bring:</p> <ul> <li>A high-integrity mindset and a constant drive for personal and professional growth. </li><li>A background in duct cleaning is a plus, but we are ready to invest in training the right motivated individual! </li><li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical benefits clearly to customers and teammates. </li><li>A valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving history is a must. </li><li>Must be able to pass a drug screen and a comprehensive background check. </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements and Work Environment:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50-75 lbs occasionally and 50 lbs repetitively. </li><li>The job requires working in cramped spaces like attics and crawlspaces, which involves a lot of bending, crawling, and kneeling. </li><li>Ability to climb and work from ladders. </li><li>Must be able to work in different environments that can be hot, cold, dusty, or dirty. </li><li>Physical ability to stand for an 8-hour shift and work for extended periods without becoming overly fatigued. </li></ul> <p>At Mr. Holland's, we work hard, have fun, and treat our customers like family.
