Develop and manage the scope of the project to meet goals and objectives while ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Direct and manage the assigned project, ensuring on-schedule completion within or below budget. </li><li>Develop the Request for Proposal (RFP) and oversee the procurement process for designers and contractors. </li><li>Plan and define program goals, develop in-depth knowledge of owner objectives, contract terms, and airport policies. </li><li>Supervise and control the execution of all technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the project. </li><li>Collaborate with team members and airport management to develop budgets, schedules, and plans for various project elements. </li><li>Oversee owner's staff managing full project delivery, including stakeholder interfaces. </li><li>Manage project scope to meet or exceed project goals and objectives. </li><li>Conduct field surveys and investigations to capture detailed and accurate field conditions for strategic design and construction decisions. </li><li>Maintain documentation on the approved scope of work, including all related agreements, authorizations, reports, drawings, and specifications. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Project management </li><li>Construction management </li><li>RFI and change order management </li><li>Commercial construction </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Aviation, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning or related field </li><li>5 years or more experience, preferably on airport projects </li><li>Experience with projects valued at over $10 million </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam </li><li>Expertise in project coordination, site development, project engineering, blueprint reading, and project scheduling </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Optional certifications such as AAAE, PE, PMP, AICP </li><li>Experience with CAD or REVIT </li><li>Previous experience at airports such as JFK, LGA, EWR, PHL, and HVN </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>This role offers a hybrid work environment, combining remote work with on-site responsibilities.
