We are continually recognized as one of the most profitable community banks in the U.S. If you are seeking an opportunity to learn more or have a desire to start or advance your career in the banking industry, the Middlefield Banking Company is looking for enthusiastic team members to join our team!</p> <p>We are currently seeking a Mortgage Lending Processor to join our Mortgage Lending Team.</p> <p>In this position you will:</p> <ul> <li>Prepare and send the application letter and all required disclosures to customers </li><li>Make sure that disclosures and fees are accurate before being sent out </li><li>Close review of purchase contracts </li><li>Communicate and order appraisals, inspections, insurances, and title work. </li><li>Review title commitments and insurance binders for accuracy </li><li>Assist the Lenders in gathering information necessary for loan decisions, ongoing file maintenance and assisting with loan related needs </li><li>Review and verifies all loan officer loan data Inputs in the Bank's loan origination system; corrects and updates the information as changes are received or required </li><li>Review all loan documentation for accuracy and finalizes the file for submission to underwriting </li></ul> <p>Background Check and Credit Check Notice: As part of our standard hiring process, The Middlefield Banking Company conducts background checks and credit checks on all potential employees.
