This role ensures timely arrivals and departures while maintaining a high standard of customer service and safety.</p> <p>Does this position require Patient Care?</p> <p>No</p> <p>Schedule</p> <p>This position offers a flexible schedule based on operational needs and employee preference. Shifts may vary, with start times as early as 7:00 AM. Typical shifts may include 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, or later end times such as 5:00 PM or 5:30 PM, depending on the assigned route and daily transportation needs.</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <p>Follow established Care Van schedules and coordinate effectively with staff regarding all transportation needs</p> <p>Provide prompt, courteous, and compassionate assistance to clients during transport</p> <p>Ensure safe operation of the vehicle at all times in accordance with hospital policies and traffic regulations</p> <p>Maintain accurate vehicle mileage and service logs</p> <p>Communicate any vehicle maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate staff in a timely manner</p> <p>Adhere to all safety protocols and respond appropriately in emergency situations</p> <p>Support a positive patient and client experience through professional and respectful interactions</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education High School Diploma or Equivalent required Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree?
