<p>The Scheduling Coordinator supports the scheduling operations for a specific construction phase (Slab, Rough, or Trim). This role manages administrative and executional tasks related to scheduling, inspections, locates, and EPOs. The Scheduling Coordinator works closely with the Scheduler to maintain communication with field teams and customers, enter and monitor data in scheduling tools, and ensure job readiness. This role is cross trained to support other phases when needed.</p> <p>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>None </li></ul> <p>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS</p> <ul> <li>Executes scheduling tasks for assigned phase under guidance of Lead </li><li>Enters and maintains scheduling data in BOLT, SharePoint, and Excel </li><li>Communicates with field teams and customers for job coordination </li><li>Schedules and tracks inspections, locates, and related services </li><li>Processes and verifies EPOs as needed </li><li>Supports document control, data entry, and reporting processes </li><li>Works in collaboration with Scheduler and provides backup as needed </li><li>Cross-trained to support other phases when staff are out or volume is high </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned by Scheduler or Supervisor </li><li>Performs other related duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING</p> <ul> <li>High school graduation or other equivalent (i.e., GED, college, technical or trade school transcript, foreign equivalency, etc.). </li><li>Strong administrative and computer skills </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Teams, SharePoint </li><li>Familiarity with BOLT or scheduling systems preferred </li><li>Customer service or construction support experience preferred </li></ul> <p>STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE</p> <ul> <li>Provide professional, timely, and accurate support to customers, vendors, and team members while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and integrity. </li><li>Demonstrate initiative, ownership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and adapt to change in a growing company. </li><li>Effectively manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines under pressure, and maintain strong attention to detail and follow-up. </li><li>Maintain clear, consistent communication and build strong working relationships based on trust, openness, and collaboration-both internally and externally. </li><li>Show a strong commitment to attendance and punctuality, adhering to company policies and providing appropriate notice for time off. </li><li>Embrace continuous learning by quickly adapting to new systems, methods, and evolving business needs. </li><li>Support cross-functional teams as needed and contribute to team development through coaching and collaboration. </li><li>Maintain organized and accurate documentation and data entry to ensure operational efficiency. </li><li>Open to learning and development toward a future Lead role </li><li>Reliable, flexible, and responsive to shifting priorities </li><li>Maintains accurate records and timely updates </li></ul> <p>Note: As in any Job Description, this description, including the list of essential functions, is not exhaustive and may be supplemented, as conditions require.
