<p>Compensation: To $105K.</p> <p>Job Overview - Senior Accountant - 33817</p> <p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations while contributing to financial reporting, compliance, and process improvement initiatives. This role provides exposure to fund accounting, investor reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with senior leadership, offering the opportunity to grow within a dynamic and professional environment.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Oversee fund accounting activities, including managing administrator relationships, coordinating capital calls/distributions, and monitoring fund cash balances.</p> </li><li> <p>Support investment transactions by providing accurate accounting entries and assisting with valuations and fair value adjustments.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead aspects of financial reporting, including quarterly/annual close, investor packages, financial statements, and audit preparation.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure compliance with partnership agreements, GAAP standards, and regulatory requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams (investment, legal, operations) to support strategy, due diligence, and reporting accuracy.</p> </li><li> <p>Drive process improvements by enhancing reporting automation, data integrity, and operational efficiencies.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide tax advisors with necessary information for K-1s, partnership filings, and tax payments.</p> </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.</p> </li><li> <p>CPA license preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>2-3 years of public accounting or related experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong knowledge of US GAAP.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office Suite; Workiva experience a plus.</p> </li></ul> <p>Additional Job Details</p> <p>Workplace Policy: #li-Onsite</p> <p>Seniority Level: Associate</p> <p>Linked In Poster: #LI-AF1</p> <p>About our Process</p> <ul> <li>We will notify you if you are selected as a candidate for this role.
