Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Systems Quality Assurance challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables. Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Document test cases and risk research and create test plans</p> </li><li> <p>Record test progress and results</p> </li><li> <p>Identify and track issues throughout testing</p> </li><li> <p>Perform manual and automated testing</p> </li><li> <p>Consult with users providing advice and direction</p> </li><li> <p>Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness</p> </li><li> <p>Drive innovation and streamline overall testing processes</p> </li><li> <p>Research system features being tested</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with Engineers to develop testing strategy</p> </li><li> <p>Log, track and verify resolution of software and specification defects</p> </li><li> <p>Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area are met and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals</p> </li><li> <p>Lead projects, teams or serve as a mentor for less experienced staff</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.</p> </li><li> <p>4+ years of Systems Quality Assurance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education</p> </li><li> <p>2+ years of HP Application Lifecyle Management (HP ALM)/Octane experience</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge and understanding of test plans, test strategy, test scripts, test procedures, ambiguity reviews, and expected results</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with writing detailed manual scripts</p> </li><li> <p>Previous experience with defect root cause analysis</p> </li><li> <p>Experience documenting and communicating testing results across an organization</p> </li><li> <p>JIRA experience</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge and understanding of various types and levels of testing (e.g., unit, integration, and system testing)</p> </li><li> <p>Working knowledge of tools such as Postman, Splunk or Oracle SQL Developer</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with Waterfall and Agile project methodologies</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Strong collaboration and partnering skills</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment</p> </li><li> <p>Fraud & Claims Management Experience</p> </li></ul>
