Salary based on experience.</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>Responsible for the sales and accounts in Property Management</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Sell carpet and hard surface floor covering to apartment complexes and the Property Management industry </li><li>Develop and maintain positive customer relationships </li><li>Develop a thorough knowledge of all Rite Rug products </li><li>Reach and exceed Company directed performance goals </li><li>Determine customer needs and match appropriately with our products </li><li>Promote and sell all Rite Rug flooring products and services </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ol> <li> <p>Have earned a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in the flooring industry is a plus!</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in B2B sales</p> </li><li> <p>Must have a valid driver's license.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with Property Management is preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required.</p> </li><li> <p>Exhibit effective oral and written communication skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Be able to work independently and problem solve.</p> </li></ol> <p>#ZR</p>
