<p>Founders Table Restaurant Group, owner of both Chopt Creative Salad Company and Dos Toros Taqueria, are seeking a creatively driven and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. This role is essential to evolving the visual identity of both brands, bringing campaigns to life across multiple channels, leading visual content management, and shaping in-store and digital storytelling. If you're passionate about food and design, we'd love to hear from you.</p> <p>Location: New York City (Hybrid with 3 days in-office)</p> <p>Reports To: Senior Graphic Designer</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Lead design execution for multiple platforms, including email, web, app, social media, digital menu boards, packaging, in-store signage, out-of-home, and more </li><li>Support the Senior Graphic Designer in concepting and directing brand photography, from pre-production through post </li><li>Translate cross-departmental initiatives into clear, compelling creative </li><li>Help evolve the in-store experience through signage, murals, vinyls, and more </li><li>Uphold brand consistency and creative excellence alongside the creative team </li><li>Manage and collaborate with freelancers (e.g. photographers, stylists, motion designers) </li><li>Maintain organized systems for asset management, creative workflow, and production timelines </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring</p> <ul> <li>3-6+ years of relevant design experience (in-house or agency) </li><li>Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and feedback loops </li><li>A collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, and eagerness to grow with the team </li></ul> <p>Technical Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field </li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma </li><li>Strong command of typography, layout, composition, and color </li><li>Strong presentation skills with Google Slides or PowerPoint </li><li>Comfort assisting or leading food/lifestyle photoshoots </li></ul> <p>Nice To Haves</p> <ul> <li>Experience with photography or illustration </li><li>UI/UX skills (e.g. landing pages, mobile layouts, or basic wireframes) </li><li>Experience with restaurant or food brands, particularly in menu design, brand identity, or promotional campaigns </li><li>Light video editing (able to edit short-form content for digital platforms; motion design experience a plus) </li></ul>
