Our teams deliver the Holman Experience by treating our customers and each other as we would like to be treated, and creating positive, rewarding relationships all around.</p> <p>The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.</p> <p>At AutoPark Honda, we are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Exchange Consultant to join our team!</p> <p>Job Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Oversees all aspects of the sales of vehicles and associated paperwork. </li><li>Greets customer on service drive and performs a needs analysis including service needs and history, and opportunity/desire for potential trade. </li><li>Assesses customer's desire to trade in their current vehicle, for an inventory vehicle, including make, type, and features of vehicle. </li><li>Explains features/benefits and demonstrates operation of vehicle in showroom or on road. </li><li>Researches availability of models and optional equipment using computer database. </li><li>Works with Sales Managers and F&I and negotiates sales price, lease payment, including tax, trade-in allowance, license fee, and discount / rebates. </li><li>Walks the lot and visually inspects inventory. </li><li>Completes all paperwork and arranges for detail and delivery of vehicle. </li><li>Delivers and familiarizes the customer with vehicle. </li><li>Maximizes the customer experience. </li><li>Assist Sales Manager with customer problems. </li><li>Attends/completes required training and department meetings. </li></ul> <p>Education and/or Training:</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or GED; previous sales experience and college degree preferred. </li></ul> <p>Relevant Work Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Prior sales / customer service experience is preferred. </li></ul> <p>#LI-GC1</p> <p>At Holman, we exist to provide rewarding careers and better lives for employees and their families.
