This role requires a hands-on project leader with strong organizational skills, the ability to manage complex workstreams, and excellent stakeholder communication. While this is not a program-level role, the ideal candidate will be comfortable operating in fast-paced environments, ensuring timely delivery and alignment across technical and business teams.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Own the delivery of a large engagement or critical workstream within a broader CRD implementation. </li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for project planning, execution, status reporting, and risk management. </li><li>Work closely with stakeholders across business and technology to define scope, set priorities, and manage expectations. </li><li>Coordinate tasks across internal teams, third-party vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability. </li><li>Track progress, manage timelines and budgets, and escalate issues proactively to ensure delivery milestones are met. </li><li>Act as the "boots on the ground" project lead-driving day-to-day activity and ensuring execution stays on track. </li><li>Leverage CRD implementation experience to guide technical and functional teams and troubleshoot blockers. </li><li>Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and steering committee communications. </li><li>Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including RAID logs, project plans, and resource trackers. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field. </li><li>7+ years of experience in project management within the financial services industry. </li><li>Direct experience managing Charles River Development (CRD) implementations is required. </li><li>Strong understanding of investment management operations and front-to-back office workflows. </li><li>Proven ability to manage large-scale projects or workstreams with multiple dependencies. </li><li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to engage both business and technical audiences. </li><li>Comfortable with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms. </li><li>PMP or similar project management certification is a plus. </li></ul> <p>Employee Benefits:</p> <p>GSG is excited to offer its consultants excellent compensation and a robust option of benefits which include comprehensive medical, dental, vision and prescription coverage.
