Where software engineering meets digital advertising, that's where you'll find us.</p> <p>Qualifications: Bachelors in a technical discipline or equivalent experience 4+ years of experience of program management or equivalent experience Experience communicating to software engineering and knowledge of architecture and design Communication experience and experience working with technical management teams Organizational, coordination and multi-tasking experience Interpersonal experience, including relationship building and collaboration within cross-functional team Analytical and problem-solving experience Experience with large-scale systems</p> <p>Responsibilities: Manage cross-functional Business Engineering programs in a matrix organization covering a range of products across all lines of the business Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery Provide hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases Perform risk management and change management on projects Identify opportunities to maximize productivity through reducing execution times, streamlining ways of working and scaling best practices Support consistent, principled evaluation of development projects based on value and impact Interface with Engineering teams and cross-functional partners for project requirements and scope Motivate and focus a large collaboration to reach goals</p>
