<p>Participate in daily scrum stand ups, backlog grooming and refinement sessions, sprint planning meetings and sprint review and retrospective meetings Support the product owners in maintaining the product backlog and scheduling next release Understand the requirements and writing user stories, use cases Interact with Dev team, QA team, Data Analyst, and Data architects Participate in requirement and design review meetings to stay informed of potential impact to change in requirements Participate in project meetings, requirements reviews & walkthroughs as needed Support UAT, production incident resolution Minimum six years of experience as a Business Analyst with at least 3 years in Financial services domain Minimum three years of experience of working in an Agile environment, well versed in writing user stories Bachelor's Degree Experience with Agile fast paced weekly/ bi-weekly iterations projects Highly proficient in the areas of requirement gathering and creating Use Cases, Use case diagrams, Workflow Diagrams. Experience with JIRA Experience with SQL, T-SQL, Data mapping, Python API or Integration experience Experience in Supporting User Acceptance Testing, creating User Manual and User Training. Well acquainted with Software Development Life Cycle, Testing Life Cycle, and Business Process Management. Excellent analytical and problem solving, communication and presentation skills with a strong desire to achieve specified goals Strong Research and Documentation skills Proactive and an efficient collaborator Critical thinker, Keen attention to detail Experience of working with development teams Certified in Agile (scrum/ Kanban)</p>
