<p>Employment Type:</p> <p>Part time</p> <p>Shift:</p> <p>Rotating Shift</p> <p>Description:</p> <p>St. Mary Medical Center, a member of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is looking for a Telephone Operator to join our Telecommunications team!</p> <p>Shift: Rotating</p> <p>Schedule: Per Diem</p> <p>The focus of the Telephone Operator is to answer and direct all incoming calls from the public and staff for Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic facilities.</p> <p>Telephone Operator</p> <ul> <li> <p>Answers and directs all incoming calls from the public and staff for the Trinity Health System and its facilities.</p> </li><li> <p>Answers and responds to all Fire alarms, security alarms, STATS, and codes in accordance with policy and procedure.</p> </li><li> <p>Collects, provides and distributes the on-call information for (Trinity Health System) and its facilities.</p> </li><li> <p>Performs all other duties deemed necessary for accurate and proper performance of the Telecom Department</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>HS diploma or equivalency (required)</p> </li><li> <p>One (1) year experience (required)</p> </li></ul> <p>Our Commitment</p> <p>Rooted in our Mission and Core Values, we honor the dignity of every person and recognize the unique perspectives, experiences, and talents each colleague brings.
