<p>Inspect all products for grade, condition and quality. Monitors produce section of warehouse for cleanliness and temperature.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Inspect both inbound product and slotted items for quality and condition. </li><li>Assist in unloading, receiving, and preparation for put away, as needed. </li><li>Inspect and grade or appraise agricultural commodities offered for sale to determine value and yield. </li><li>Verify information such as the manufacturer number, season code, PLU/UPC number. </li><li>Attend Team and Facility meetings. </li><li>Participate in yearly physical inventory or as needed. </li><li>Able to read and download TempTales for proper reporting to vendors. </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Ability to write routine reports and correspondence to all buyers and WFP office </li><li>Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure </li><li>Ability to write routine reports and correspondence </li><li>Basic computer skills, including MS Word, MS Outlook and MS Excel </li><li>Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form </li><li>Effective oral and written communication, must read, write and speak English </li><li>Ability to perform physical requirements of position </li><li>Ability to work well with others </li><li>Accurate and self-motivated </li><li>Able to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the Distribution Center, including nights, weekends and holidays as required </li></ul> <p>Desired Work Experiences</p> <ul> <li>Related experience (1-2 years) </li><li>Warehouse experience preferred </li></ul> <p>The wage range for this position is $22.00-$39.60 Hourly, commensurate with experience.
