<p>Your Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for planning and optimizing production systems by applying systematic approaches to boost productivity and profitability. </li><li>Ensure the continuous improvement of operations across the value stream. </li><li>Plan, analyze and optimize the production system. </li><li>Create and maintain IE master data (e.g. Routing, BOM, Workcenter). </li><li>Coordinate cross-functional projects across the entire value stream related to process improvements and change management. </li><li>Evaluate production KPIs for continuous improvement and to guide decision-making (e.g. OEE, TEEP, etc.). </li><li>Perform product cost calculations. </li><li>Implement workplace design through time and motion studies (e.g. MTM, REFA). </li><li>Plan and manage capacity and investment planning. </li></ul> <p>Your Qualifications</p> <p>Minimum:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field </li><li>Experience in Production, Continuous Improvement area </li><li>Computer literate with skill using MS: Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, Project, and PowerPoint in Windows Environment </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills </li><li>Effective communication, teamwork, and knowledge of industry standards </li><li>External applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment visa or other sponsorship </li><li>This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required.
