<p>Job Summary:</p> <p>Compensation: $22.31 - $27.93 / hour</p> <p>The Warehouse Lead is responsible for assisting DC management in efficiently executing warehouse operations, which include order fulfillment, customer deliveries, warehouse organization, inventory maintenance, and training of warehouse personnel.</p> <p>Responsibilities/Duties:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Order Processing and Fulfillment</p> </li><li> <p>Place orders via computer sales order process.</p> </li><li> <p>Pull materials to fill orders via a pick ticket in an organized fashion.</p> </li><li> <p>Check pulled goods quantity and type against sales orders to confirm accuracy.</p> </li><li> <p>Support the delivery of goods to customer-specified sites utilizing company transport vehicles as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Confirm delivery information with the customer before the delivery leaves the warehouse.</p> </li><li> <p>Load and unload goods at each site in a safe and secure fashion.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure loads are properly secured prior to transport.</p> </li><li> <p>Receiving and Inventory Management</p> </li><li> <p>Unload and receive stock replenishment materials into the warehouse.</p> </li><li> <p>Put away goods received according to instructions of DC management.</p> </li><li> <p>Note any damaged goods in the receiving process and notify.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in conducting physical inventories and cycle counting.</p> </li><li> <p>Count inventory and inventory whereabouts correctly and efficiently.</p> </li><li> <p>Safety and Compliance</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure clear and safe passages in all warehouse aisles and loading docks.</p> </li><li> <p>Report all unsafe storage and equipment issues to DC management immediately.</p> </li><li> <p>Observe all safety regulations.</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in all safety training and maintain required safety certifications.</p> </li><li> <p>Customer Service and Support</p> </li><li> <p>Provide exceptional customer service in all facets of interaction.</p> </li><li> <p>Fulfill driver duties as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Support the DC Manager in warehouse operations.</p> </li><li> <p>Other Duties</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties as beneficial by IDI.</p> </li></ul> <p>Leadership Competencies:</p> <ul> <li>Leads Self </li><li>Communicates Effectively & Candidly </li><li>Drives for Results </li><li>Demonstrates Accountability </li><li>Takes Initiative </li><li>Collaborates </li></ul> <p>Qualifications/Skills:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Equipment Operation</p> </li><li> <p>Operate material handling equipment including a forklift, pallet jack, and shrink wrapper.</p> </li><li> <p>Identification and Coding</p> </li><li> <p>Identify product numbers and alpha/numeric codes.</p> </li><li> <p>Physical Requirements</p> </li><li> <p>Must meet physical requirements of the job.</p> </li><li> <p>Computer Skills</p> </li><li> <p>Use/learn computer order entry and inventory systems.</p> </li><li> <p>Goal Achievement</p> </li><li> <p>Achieve set goals in a timely manner.</p> </li><li> <p>Training and Development</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to train others.</p> </li></ul> <p>Education and/or Experience:</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or equivalent </li><li>2 - 4+ years' experience in warehouse facility preferred </li><li>Forklift experience preferred </li></ul> <p>Licensures and Other Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Must meet all DOT, State and/or Legal requirements that pertain to this position </li></ul>
