<p>The National Sales Manager must effectively generate and close leads, communicate and build relationships with one goal in mind: drive the business pipeline and increase revenue. The key to the position is effective collaboration with multiple cross-functional stakeholders, including sales leadership, marketing, industry professionals, plant operations, pricing, and quoting. In order to be successful in this role you must develop and maintain a deep understanding of Paulo's technology and services, as well as the market place.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Grow Revenue, by identifying and closing leads, in a given territory </li><li>Identify and communicate sales opportunities (in new and existing processes) </li><li>Provide information to assist in job development decisions (customer requirements, competitive circumstances, similar jobs and/or situations). </li><li>Establish and maintain customer communication and relations </li><li>Identify and communicate opportunities and problems in maintaining customer satisfaction. </li><li>Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of the services offered by Paulo and a thorough understanding of their applications and benefits. </li><li>Know and analyze the competition </li><li>Perform sales and marketing activities as directed by Paulo management. </li><li>Travel to participate in job-related meetings, conventions, events, training, etc. Such travel will involve overnight stays of one or more nights. </li><li>Promote Paulo by presenting a business-like image; always acting with integrity, honesty, and fairness. </li><li>Stay up to date on the latest industry news and changes. </li></ul>
