We are looking for full time, dayshift or night shift employees who are able to work in a team but also be capable of working independently. This person must be able to work safely and follow instructions. Wood products experience is desirable </li><li>The successful applicants will have experience working with stationary equipment used in some type of production process </li><li>Have the ability to work in a team environment that is committed to working safe, while focused on improving production and maintaining quality standards </li><li>Previous sawmill experience and welding certification are assets </li><li>Proficiency in hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting is required </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills are required </li><li>Must be able to work within a team and independently </li><li>Ability to work shift and weekend work </li></ul>
