Acts as a neutral third-party between buyers and sellers during a real estate sale, managing funds and processing real estate transactions.</p> <p>HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE</p> <ul> <li>Handles certain types of escrows completely with minimum Supervision. </li><li>Works closely with Escrow and Underwriting in identifying and reducing risk. </li><li>Participates as an active member in NCS Sat calls and training that is deployed. </li><li>Strong working knowledge of Corporate and NCS policies and procedures including wire fraud. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>WHAT YOU'LL BRING</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or equivalent </li><li>5+ years related experience directly handling escrow transactions as an escrow assistant </li><li>May require Escrow Officer certification from the Escrow Association or completion of escrow officer training program by a title company or bank (dependent upon State) </li></ul> <p>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSAs)</p> <ul> <li>Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the escrow/title industry field </li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications </li><li>Good client relations, organizational and time management skills </li><li>Ability to speak effectively , timely and precisely with all parties involved in a transaction </li><li>Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume </li></ul> <p>Pay Range: $26.21-$34.95 hourly</p> <p>This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.
