This involves providing individualized or small group instruction, clarifying challenging concepts, and developing effective study skills.</p> <p>Part-time, school year position - 18 hours/week</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>-Provide Instruction and Support: </li><li>-Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions to review course materials, explain concepts, and assist with assignments, projects, and test preparation. </li><li>-Tailor lesson plans and teaching methods to meet the individual learning styles and needs of each student. </li><li>-Offer suggestions for improving study techniques, time management, and test-taking strategies. </li><li>-Utilize technology and educational software to enhance the learning experience, Assess and Monitor Progress: </li><li>-Evaluate student progress through informal assessments and feedback. </li><li>-Track student performance and adjust teaching strategies accordingly. </li><li>-Communicate regularly with students, parents, and teachers regarding student progress and concerns. </li><li>-Other duties as assigned by the administration </li></ul>
