The Sr. Staff Designer serves as the team's Craft Master-setting the bar for exceptional visual, UI, and interaction quality. This role is hands-on, driving design excellence while also leading design thinking and occasional discovery workshops to fuel innovation. You have an exemplary portfolio of highly polished, consumer mobile experiences. You are equal parts creative and analytical. You are a strong storyteller, persuasive, and know how to bring people together with positive, collaborative energy. You have evidence of pushing beyond the status quo, bringing to life new ways of thinking, interaction paradigms, and have a curiosity to turn over stones to discover potential new problems we may have overlooked as a business. You raise the bar in your own work and others - exploring wide across the opportunity space, then going deep to dial in the perfect solution, with a care to bring delight and friction-free interactions to each moment of the journey. Finally, you are AI-curious. You will have an edge if you've used AI deeply in your work as a designer and have evidence of how you've dug into staying current with AI tools to improve the design work of you and your larger team through efficiency, quality, rich-prototypes and internal applications.</p>
