Associates who successfully complete the program and demonstrate strong performance may be considered for extended assignments or full-time employment.</p> <p>Training program focused on:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Series 7 licensing preparation</p> </li><li> <p>Product and service knowledge</p> </li><li> <p>Regulatory and compliance fundamentals</p> </li><li> <p>Customer interaction and service excellence</p> </li><li> <p>Candidates must successfully complete all training and assessments to remain eligible for extension or full-time hire</p> </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Provide professional, knowledgeable, and timely customer support through phone and/or digital channels</p> </li><li> <p>Assist customers with inquiries related to accounts, products, and financial services</p> </li><li> <p>Accurately document customer interactions in accordance with established procedures</p> </li><li> <p>Identify and escalate complex or high-risk issues to the appropriate internal teams</p> </li><li> <p>Adhere to all regulatory, compliance, and quality assurance standards</p> </li><li> <p>Actively participate in required training programs, including Series 7 licensing preparation</p> </li><li> <p>Continuously build product knowledge, regulatory awareness, and customer service skills</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Finance, or a related field</p> </li><li> <p>Strong verbal and written communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Professional, customer-focused mindset</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to learn new systems and complex information quickly</p> </li><li> <p>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</p> </li><li> <p>Willingness and ability to complete Series 7 licensing during paid training</p> </li></ul>
