<p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Join the leading beverage provider, Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling!</p> <ul> <li>Shift: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 8:00am start </li><li>Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement, PTO </li><li>Hourly Pay Rate: $19.35 - $24.18 </li></ul> <p>If you enjoy our products, you'll really enjoy being a part of our team!</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>The Human Resources Coordinator supports local HR teams with new hire orientation, employee records management, compliance, and audits, facilitating key HR functions and programs as needed </li><li>Process employee workflows, conduct new hire orientation and coordinate onboarding tasks as needed </li><li>Maintain all employee files i.e., medical, I-9, worker's compensation, legal, etc. </li><li>Support unemployment claims, workers compensation, disability forms, etc. </li><li>Provide support to business partners, i.e., compensation information, attendance records, corrective action reports, etc. </li><li>Provide support with HR Audits and projects for local HR team ensuring data integrity </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and 0 to 1 plus years of general experience </li></ul> <p>Preferred Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>College Degree </li></ul> <p>Essential Information for Our Employees</p> <p>At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees, and our compensation philosophy embraces diverse factors for fair pay decisions, valuing skills, experience, and the needs of our business.
