This role involves supervising VIP staff, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction.</p> <p>This role pays an hourly rate of $30.00-$35.00.</p> <p>Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching</p> <p>This position will remain open until June 26, 2026.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Guest Experience Management: Ensure VIP guests receive prompt, courteous, and personalized service, enhancing their overall experience. </li><li>Staff Supervision: Lead and manage VIP suite servers and hosts, providing training and guidance to maintain service excellence. </li><li>Operational Coordination: Collaborate with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other departments to ensure efficient service delivery. </li><li>Event Oversight: Monitor VIP areas during events, addressing any issues promptly and ensuring compliance with venue policies. </li><li>Sales and Upselling: Implement suggestive selling techniques to enhance guest experience and increase revenue. </li><li>Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to all food safety, responsible alcohol service, and venue policies. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Prior experience in upscale dining or VIP service environments, preferably within high-capacity music venues or event spaces. </li><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage a diverse clientele. </li><li>Strong understanding of food and beverage pairings, and familiarity with multi-level venue layouts. </li><li>Professional appearance, positive attitude, and a commitment to providing outstanding guest service. </li><li>High School Diploma or GED preferred. </li></ul> <p>Strengthened by our Differences.
