By conducting routine patrols and staying visible, they help to deter potential security-related incidents. Officers are expected to provide exceptional customer service and maintain open communication with clients and team members. Teamwork and integrity are at the core of our operations, ensuring that our officers are well-equipped to handle their responsibilities with professionalism and care.</p> <p>Position Type: Full Time</p> <p>Pay Rate: $16.69 / Hour</p> <p>Job Schedule:</p> <p>DayTimeMon04:00 PM - 12:00 AMTue04:00 PM - 12:00 AMWed04:00 PM - 12:00 AMThur04:00 PM - 12:00 AMFri04:00 PM - 12:00 AM</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Provide customer service by implementing security procedures and site-specific policies, and engage in emergency response activities when necessary. </li><li>Respond to incidents and critical situations with a calm and problem-solving approach. </li><li>Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter, adapting to varying working environments and conditions. </li><li>Assist in maintaining a secure environment by being observant and reporting any unusual activities or security-related incidents. </li><li>Collaborate with team members and other personnel to address security-related concerns and enhance the overall security posture of the location. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Candidates must have at least 2 years of security experience. </li><li>Experience in loss prevention is preferred. </li><li>Experience with alarm panels is preferred. </li><li>Candidates should be comfortable using a computer or tablet. </li><li>Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. </li><li>Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience. </li><li>As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. </li><li>Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. </li><li>As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. </li><li>Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. </li><li>A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only. </li></ul> <p>Perks and Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Health insurance and 401k plans for full-time positions </li><li>Schedules that fit with your personal life goals </li><li>Ongoing paid training programs and career growth opportunities </li><li>Employee discounts through our perks program to your favorite restaurants, entertainment venues, and much more... </li></ul> <p>Allied Universal is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
