Develops plans of care based on assessment evaluation of patient</p> </li><li> <p>Implements and monitors respiratory patient care plans and associated equipment</p> </li><li> <p>Monitors, records and communicates patient condition to interdisciplinary team. Performs advanced respiratory care modalities. Within the defined scope of practice. Provides life support to patients with cardiopulmonary system deficiencies and abnormalities</p> </li><li> <p>Evaluates respiratory practices, medication administration, and treatments based on patient outcomes. Provides, preventable, supportive, and corrective interventions related to the cardio-pulmonary system in assigned patient care areas in accordance with established hospital and departmental policies</p> </li></ul> <p>The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed :</p> <p>Minimum qualifications: <em>2/28/22</em></p> <ul> <li> <p>High School Grad or Equivalent</p> </li><li> <p>3 years' experience</p> </li><li> <p>Basic Life Support (BLS) certification</p> </li><li> <p>Certified respiratory Therapist (CRT)</p> </li><li> <p>Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification</p> </li><li> <p>Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Master's degree in a related field, or combination of Bachelor's degree and related experience </li><li>Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification </li></ul> <p>This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
