<p>Overview</p> <p>To provide excellent guest service through deli department activities.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ol> <li> <p>Provide polite, friendly greetings and interactions with all guests.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform assigned duties in what can be a fast paced work environment while interacting with guests and team members.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to explain Product available in specific area (ingredients, flavors, menu items).</p> </li><li> <p>Actively provide samples to guests and explain offering as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Efficiently prepare product for sale (frying, cutting, slicing, weighing, pricing and cooking).</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain product level, quality and freshness according to station guidelines.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain sanitation standards in the cooler, freezer, prep area and sales area.</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate guest requests to management and/or satisfy request in a timely manner.</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate temperature and/or product breakdowns to supervisor.</p> </li><li> <p>Keep supply and work area neat, clean and tidy at all times.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain proper grooming and uniform standard.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to execute and train on duties of all hosts as outlined above</p> </li><li> <p>Work with management to ensure proper standards are maintained</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work with management on orders</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to assist in completing schedules</p> </li><li> <p>Performs front end duties to insure "no noticeable wait" standard is maintained.</p> </li><li> <p>Announce specials and sale info on the PA system.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in product receiving and storage.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform all other duties as assigned by management.</p> </li></ol> <p>Qualifications</p> <ol> <li> <p>Minimum of 1 year prior food service preparation experience is a must</p> </li><li> <p>Prior supervisory experience is a plus</p> </li><li> <p>Friendly, outgoing personality.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work well with others.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to read and understand information and direction.</p> </li><li> <p>Effective communication, customer service and selling skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be at least 18 years old.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods of time.</p> </li></ol> <p>#LI-RM3</p>
