In this role, you will oversee a dynamic team of Mortgage Loan Processors, ensuring accuracy and compliance in loan applications while fostering a customer-centric culture. This will be a hands-on manager role, both leading and performing tasks alongside the team. Your leadership will be pivotal in achieving on-time closings and delivering an exceptional experience to our clients. We are seeking a powerful "driver " with a strong voice who loves driving action and outcomes.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of ~10+ Mortgage Loan Processors and Team Leads, serving as a point of escalation for complex issues and ensuring high performance and professional growth within the team.</p> </li><li> <p>Daily Production: Oversee company pipeline such that the team:</p> </li><li> <p>adheres to SLAs</p> </li><li> <p>maintains high standards of accuracy and compliance</p> </li><li> <p>ensures quality submissions to Underwriting</p> </li><li> <p>conducts timely follow-ups to prevent bottlenecks in the process</p> </li><li> <p>coordinates successful closings on time</p> </li><li> <p>Customer Experience: Train team on customer service skills, both in written and verbal communications with agents, customers, and internal teams.</p> </li><li> <p>Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the mortgage processing team.</p> </li><li> <p>Shape Our Tech: You will have a powerful voice with our product development team.
