Every shift is a new opportunity to Discover Different - and support each other along the way.</p> <p>Posting Notes: This position is located in Braintree, MA.</p> <p>The Loss Prevention Lead Specialist plays a key role in protecting the assets of the Service Center, with focus in the following areas: operational shrink control, internal investigations, and shortage root cause analysis.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Provide protection of all company assets including people, property, and information. </li><li>Conduct theft investigations including surveillance via CCTV and covert equipment. </li><li>Transact, audit, and support operational team with trailer yard activities. </li><li>Monitor alarm systems, building access, and fire and life safety regulations. </li><li>Serve as a business partner in the area of operational processes and inventory to reduce shrink. </li><li>Capacity to handle confidential information </li><li>Attention to detail </li><li>Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. </li><li>Action driven and results oriented. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment </li></ul> <p>Come Discover Different at TJX - we think you'll find that it's so much more than a job.
