Ranked 35 among national universities, Boston College has 888 full-time and 1,281 FTE faculty, 2,711 non-faculty employees, an operating budget of $1.4 billion, and an endowment in excess of $3.5 billion.</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Resident Assistant Athletic Trainer, Sports Medicine, Football</p> <p>Murray Center for Student Wellness</p> <p>The Resident Assistant Athletic Trainer's primary responsibilities include the practice of the art of athletic training within the realm of intercollegiate athletics at Boston College. This includes potential work with the 750+ student athletes participating on 31 intercollegiate teams. Concurrent contact with the respective coaches, athletic administrators and other staff serving the 31 teams is expected.</p> <p>Duties include:</p> <ul> <li>The evaluation, care and prevention of athletic injuries. </li><li>On-site care of athletes at practices and competitions, both home and away. </li><li>Maintaining medical documentation and working with University Health Services, consulting physicians and other medical clinicians. </li><li>Carrying out various administrative tasks as assigned.
