<p>Job Title: 3rd Shift Quality Control Associate</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Join our dynamic team as a 3rd Shift Quality Control Associate. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for conducting strength and tensile tests, reviewing color standards, and performing visual inspections. Your meticulous attention to detail will be essential as you measure pouches down to 1/64th of an inch to ensure they meet customer specifications.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Check in-process and finished products. </li><li>Conduct strength and tensile testing using precise measurements. </li><li>Review products for adherence to color standards. </li><li>Test seal strength of products. </li><li>Perform visual inspection and measurement of pouches. </li><li>Identify and communicate pouch quality discrepancies. </li><li>Complete required labeling and paperwork. </li><li>Pack finished products in bundles for shipping. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Ability to perform visual inspections and attention to detail. </li><li>Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards. </li><li>Strong organizational skills. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Candidates with a high school diploma who are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with repetitive work will be considered. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>This position operates on the 3rd shift from 11 pm to 7 am. Initial training will occur on the 1st shift for 4-6 weeks. The work environment includes a cleanroom where personal protective equipment and steel-toed shoes are required. The role involves working closely with a team, maintaining a collaborative atmosphere. You will be involved in working with films, foils, chemicals, and peelable solutions.</p> <p>Job Type & Location</p> <p>This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wood Dale, IL.</p> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $19.80 - $19.80/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
