<p>Position Summary</p> <p>As a Transition Manager, your primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee and stakeholder adoption, minimize resistance, and further automation efforts. In this role, you will analyze what is changing, who and how stakeholders are impacted, and what resources are needed in order to transition to future state. You will act as a coach for senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfill the role of change sponsor. You will also provide support and coaching to all levels of managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions.</p> <p>For more information, please review the full position description.</p> <p>Salary Information</p> <p>This position is in classification IS Business Automation Specialist (pay schedule/range 07-33), with an annual salary of $91520 - $112257, plus excellent benefits.</p> <p>Pay for current and new state employees will be set in accordance with the Wisconsin State Compensation Plan in effect at the time of hire.</p> <p>To learn more about ETF's total compensation package, please visit our Total Rewards Calculator</p> <p>Job Details</p> <p>ETF offers hybrid remote/office work. If interested in hybrid remote/office work, this can be discussed in more detail during the interview process. The selected employee(s) must report to ETF's office on the first day of employment and once a year. In addition, the employee may need to report to ETF on short notice as operational needs require. All employees are expected to be headquartered and work within the state of Wisconsin.</p> <p>ETF does not sponsor work visas. Any appointment made will be contingent on the applicant being able to prove valid status to work in the United States.</p> <p>Prior to any appointments for position(s) filled from this announcement, candidates may be subject to a comprehensive criminal background check to determine whether the circumstances of any conviction may be related to the duties required of the position.</p> <p>A 12-month probationary period may be required.</p> <p>The results from this recruitment may be used to fill future vacancies if they become available.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Minimally Qualified candidates will have experience in all the following:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Creating and implementing change management strategies and/or plans that maximize employee and stakeholder adoption</p> </li><li> <p>Evaluating stakeholder readiness, identifying resistance and performance gaps, and/or facilitating transition from current state to desired state</p> </li><li> <p>Designing, developing, or revising organizational-wide communications and/or training plans</p> </li><li> <p>Working on large-scale, enterprise-wide change initiatives affecting internal and external stakeholders</p> </li></ul> <p>Highly Qualified candidates will also have experience with some of the following:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Coaching or enabling people leaders (manager/supervisors) to be change sponsors</p> </li><li> <p>Developing, customizing, or standardizing change management tools, templates, or frameworks</p> </li><li> <p>Using cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) (e.g., Salesforce, Cloud-Based Microsoft Office 365, Enterprise Resource Management (ERP) solutions, Box, Amazon Web Services, etc.)</p> </li></ul> <p>How To Apply</p> <p>To apply, click "Apply for Job" to start the application process.
