This position is responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across office spaces, common areas, restrooms, parking lots, and garages. Key duties include performing daily cleaning and sanitation tasks, restocking restrooms, emptying trash and recycling bins, and maintaining outdoor areas through groundskeeping, landscaping, and equipment operation. The role also includes light maintenance tasks such as pressure washing, painting, and operating a sweeper to uphold the cleanliness and safety of parking facilities.</p> <p>Job Related Minimum Required Education and Experience</p> <p>Typically holds a high school diploma or GED. Must work independently while following instructions from direct supervisor and maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment</p> <p>Job Duties</p> <p>Job Duty</p> <p>Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing high-touch areas to ensure a clean and safe work environment for employees and visitors. Clean and restock office restrooms with necessary supplies, such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper, while ensuring all fixtures are sanitized and in working order.</p> <p>Essential Function No Percentage of Time 50 Job Duty</p> <p>Empty trash and recycling bins throughout the building, properly dispose of waste, and ensure common areas remain tidy and free of debris. Runs Sweeper to ensure cleanliness in garages and lots. Operate grounds equipment. General duties also include painting and pressure washing.
