This individual will develop and execute quantitative research projects to uncover consumer, client/member, agent, and market insights. Duties will include survey design, data analysis, dashboard design and oversight, report writing and presentation of key findings. This role is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for uncovering the story within the data and communicating insights that will drive business success.</p> <p>Daily responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Design and program web-based surveys</p> </li><li> <p>Perform data analysis and interpretation of survey results</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate strategic insights to help drive strategy and planning</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate with external research partners</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct secondary research</p> </li><li> <p>Integrate insights from various sources to tell a holistic and complete story</p> </li><li> <p>Manage a variety of projects and tasks simultaneously and deliver solutions on time and within requirements</p> </li><li> <p>Create strong interpersonal relationships with key stakeholders to better understand their business needs</p> </li><li> <p>Build and optimize processes to effectively meet analytic and reporting needs</p> </li></ul> <p>What It Takes to Join Our Team:</p> <ul> <li> <p>College degree (Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Business preferred) or equivalent</p> </li><li> <p>1-3 years quantitative market research and analysis experience required</p> </li><li> <p>Solid understanding of quantitative market research techniques including web-based surveys, data tabulations, panel management, and data analysis and visualization</p> </li><li> <p>Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access and SPSS, SAS or R</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to communicate effectively</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent interpersonal skills</p> </li><li> <p>Well organized and attentive to details</p> </li><li> <p>Strategic thinker</p> </li><li> <p>Self-starter who takes initiative and finds innovative solutions to achieve business objectives</p> </li></ul> <p>What We Offer You: When you're on our team, you get more than a great paycheck.
